What materials are your ties made from?

All Tie Loft neckties and bow ties are crafted from premium silk and microfibre fabrics, selected for superior drape, durability, and vibrant colour.

How do I choose the right tie for an occasion?

For formal events, opt for a solid silk tie in a classic colour like navy or burgundy. For business casual settings, subtle patterns such as stripes or small dots work well. Bow ties are perfect for black tie events, weddings, and formal dinners.

How do I care for my tie?

We recommend dry cleaning for silk ties. For microfibre ties, gently spot clean with a damp cloth. Always store your tie loosely rolled or hung to preserve its shape and avoid creasing.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit takes 4–6 business days. Estimated total delivery is 5–8 business days within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $7.00 on all orders within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please check back for updates as we continue to expand.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at support@tieloft.store with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Venmo. Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available for use.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

I haven't received a tracking number — what should I do?

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tieloft.store and we will look into it immediately.
